Job Description

Inspect and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and wiring. Perform routine checks on electrical equipment, such as ovens, refrigerators, fryers, and electrical freezers, ensuring all systems operate properly. Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in the restaurant's electrical systems and kitchen equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical freezers and refrigeration systems, ensuring proper temperature regulation and functionality. Perform routine inspections and cleaning of electrical freezer units to prevent malfunctions or breakdowns. Diagnose and repair electrical issues with freezers, including compressors, thermostats, and electrical connections. Ensure that the freezers operate efficiently, minimizing energy consumption while maintaining food safety standards. nstall, maintain, and repair wiring systems, including conduit, junction boxes, and control panels for refrigeration and HVAC systems. Work with advanced control systems such as PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for temperature control and monitoring. Ensure proper grounding and bonding for all electrical systems in accordance with industry standards.
