Your Role and Responsibilities
Identity sub-domain within CIO organization is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team of expert Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineers. The role will be reporting directly to the Identity Engineering Services Business Manager and will be responsible for providing IAM services to mainframe servers required for Japan business units.

In this position, you will be part of a team of Software Engineers in Identity and Access Management who are engaged in a large-scale effort to design, develop, implement and support internal mainframe-based identity services using the Agile methodology. You will provide support for an existing range of services and design innovative solutions that integrate into the existing platform and to automate business processes used by internal and external partners. We're cultivating a blame-free culture, with a focus on growth and collaboration. We love pair-programming and learning from each other. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experienced in Z/OS, Z/VM, RACF
• Understanding of DB2 and JCL
• RACF Administration (creation, change / update and delete of userids, groups and profiles of systems – Primary controls)
• Secondary Controls – Employment Verification and Privilege Revalidation;
• Health Checking Execution (RACF);
• Digital Certificate Administration (only digital certificate of systems – N/A for applications certificate);
• RACF DB Cleanup and Maintenance;
• Health Check ; Primary Controls ; Secondary Controls ; Manual revalidation ;
• Responsible to analyze, approve or reject the requests regarding RACF and UID0 attributes;
• Responsible to approve requests of resources that we own in the systems;
