The Value You Deliver

Product Stability: Directly collaborate with a large, cross-functional, global team. Maintain stability of the client validation testing environment. Provide support for overnight batch and support the business teams by analyzing issues raised.



The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical (primary)

You must possess strong background on COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities.

Analysis of complex mainframe programs is a must skill.

You must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe environment.

You should have worked in production support / system support Mainframe application.

You should be able to negotiate, influence and work with business peers and management.

You should have experience of working in an agile environment

Provide root cause analysis of the Incidents raised by Business partners

Strong analytical skills to review batch cycle trends and initiate performance improvement steps for better SLA adherence
