Please find the JD.Skill Set Required :- Good Communication skills. - Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform under pressure.- Targets and performance oriented individual. - Prior calling (outbound) experience would be highly preferable. - Ability to handle rejection from customers. - Very good communication and convincing skills. - Comfortable making calls and talking to prospects all day : - 100% sales calling (outbound process)- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls. - Understanding the customers profile from Sales aspects understanding the business prospective to generate the sale leads only (not sales) What is in it for you?- Salary plus heavy incentives compared to other industries. - Creating Value proposition for customers selling them holiday memberships- Regular Training for skill enhancement (ref:updazz.com)
