About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Market Risk Specialist. The role involves supporting new needs to meet CMRG's requirement for meeting adequate data quality for our trades. Primarily the role involves data quality analysis and reconciliation of data. Work also involves reconciling Standard Initial Margin Model (SIMM) against counterparties.

In this role, you will:

• Supporting onshore teams on various data quality analysis and reconciliation work related to SIMM and XVA
• Reconciling and ensuring data quality for multiple asset classes (Interest Rates, Commodities, FX, Equity & Credit)
• Working with various risk drivers for derivatives including non-cleared derivatives
• Pulling records from various databases and utilizing the data for various reconciliation processes
• Working on various Excel based EUCTs and their process improvement/automation

Required Qualifications, International:

• 4+ years of experience in relevant field
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in dynamic and complex environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a wide range of business partners including front office, operations and technology.
• Experience with Excel VBA and database queries (SQL)
• Familiarity with derivatives in multiple asset classes (Interest Rates, Commodities, FX, Equity & Credit)
• Experience with knowledge of market risk measurements and risk drivers for the derivatives mentioned above
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and/or Financial Risk Management Certificate (FRM) preferred
