Job Title: Business Development Associate:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of relevant experience who are passionate about driving growth and expanding business opportunities.Responsibilities:This role would be a part of the sales function for PAN India clients. He/she should drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting. WHAT SHOULD YOU DO 1. Generate and convert the leads received through various marketing channels. 2. Preparing short and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals. 3. Consistently achieve revenue targets. 4. Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.5.
