Identify, develop, and manage B2B field sales opportunities for machinery equipment and heavy machinery spare parts in the end-user market.
Conduct regular field visits to industrial sites, factories, plants, and project locations to meet end users and decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with plant heads, maintenance teams, engineering managers, and procurement departments.
Understand customer technical requirements through on-site discussions and recommend suitable machinery, equipment, and spare parts solutions.
Generate leads through field prospecting, cold visits, referrals, and industry networking.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders based on site requirements.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to successfully close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal technical, service, and logistics teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Track field sales activities, sales pipeline, and follow-ups to ensure timely conversion of opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback gathered from field interactions.
Achieve assigned B2B field sales targets, revenue goals, and collection timelines.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and resolve commercial or technical issues with customers.
Maintain accurate field sales reports, CRM updates, and regular performance reporting to management.
Support after-sales service coordination through site follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
