Key Responsibilities

Operate tea processing/packing machines (blending, sieving, pouch packing, carton sealing, etc.) Set machine parameters as per production requirements Monitor machine performance during operation Ensure correct weight, sealing, and packing quality Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance Clean machines as per GMP and hygiene standards Record daily production, wastage, and breakdown data Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality guidelines (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams Report any abnormality, breakdown, or safety issue immediately

Skills & Requirements

Experience in FMCG tea/food machine operation preferred Basic mechanical knowledge Ability to read production instructions Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices Physically fit to work in shifts

Qualification

ITI / Diploma preferred (Mechanical / Electrical) 1-3 years experience in tea or food processing unit

Job Purpose

To assist the tea machine operator in smooth running of machines, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the production area.

Key Responsibilities

Assist operator during machine start-up and operation Load tea, packaging material, and cartons as required Remove finished goods and arrange them properly Help in cleaning machines and production area Segregate waste and maintain housekeeping standards Follow safety and hygiene instructions strictly Support maintenance activities during breakdowns Perform any assigned production-related tasks

Willingness to learn machine operations Ability to follow instructions Basic understanding of hygiene and safety Physically fit for standing and lifting work

Qualification

Minimum 8th / 10th pass Experience in FMCG / food factory preferred (Freshers can apply)
