: Machine Design & Creation of Part drawings

Creation of 3D Models of machines and sub assemblies
Performing Design FMEA
Design & Drafting of part drawings .
Preparation of assembly drawing , part drawings and generation of Bill Of Materials (BOM) related to machines.
Preparing & maintaining Documents / records of Design office.
Printing & Releasing drawings for manufacturing & assembly
Conversion of old tracing sheet drawings into Auto CAD drawings
Copying/reverse engineering of machines
Design of jigs & fixtures .
Preparing machine manuals & Technical write ups.
Coordinating with assembly team for problem solving.
Attending technical discussions with internal team and external Design experts.
Preparing Hydraulic /pneumatic /electrical circuit drawings
Updating the drawings after project completion
Conducting Periodic design reviews .
Maintain Drawing Revision History

Requirements :

Hands on experience in Auto cad, Pro-E and Unigraphics
Experience in Solid modeling , creation of part drawings.
Knowledge in Machine Design , SPM Design & development.
knowledge in Design calculations
knowledge in Pnuematic & hydraulic circuit Designs.
knowledge in machining symbols and standards that are to be followed in Design & drafting
Knowledge in material selection and treatments
Basic knowledge about Electrical & Electronics. ( PLC and Servo system)
