Roles and Responsibilities
As a member of the Enterprise SharePoint Development team, the selected candidate will research, design, develop, and modify solutions for SharePoint Online and Power Platform. Primary responsibilities:


  • Administration of SharePoint Online and OneDrive in Microsoft 365

  • Administration of Power Platform in Microsoft 365

  • Support of development and application integration projects for Microsoft 365

  • Support of application registration and access in Microsoft 365

The scope will include integrations with other systems and data sources, deployment of custom capabilities, and administration of the M365 applications. Other responsibilities include site construction, user requests, and incident resolution. Additional capabilities include planning of system deployments, meeting software compliance standards, and evaluating operational requirements and customer needs.
The Enterprise SharePoint team’s mission is to deliver SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities to company-wide global users and citizen developers, to support requests and incident resolution, and to facilitate technology evolution from old to new.
This position will be virtual and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States.
Basic Qualifications for Principal Analyst:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 3 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree (will consider additional experience in lieu of education i.e. Associate's Degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience)

  • At least 1 year of SharePoint Online application administration experience (M365)

  • At least 3 years of SharePoint support experience

  • Working knowledge of Modern Authentication and Azure App Registration

  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and be accountable to a support team and the team leads

Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Analyst:

  • At least 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 7 year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree (will consider additional experience in lieu of education i.e. Associate's Degree and at least 11 years of relevant experience)

  • At least 1 year of SharePoint Online application administration experience (M365)

  • At least 3 years of SharePoint support experience

  • Working knowledge of Modern Authentication and Azure App Registration

  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and be accountable to a support team and the team leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Current or prior US DoD Secret clearance

  • At least 1 year of Power Platform administration experience

  • Development skills in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

  • Experience developing PowerShell scripts and automation

  • More than 5 years of experience supporting SharePoint user needs

  • Experience integrating 3rd party software with M365

  • Systems Engineering experience (requirements analysis, tracking & validation)

  • Scaled Agile Framework methodology

  • Experience using ServiceNow

Salary Range: $92,200.00 - $138,400.00Salary Range 2: $114,300.00 - $171,500.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
