Founded in 2021, Lysto is a fast-growing company with a passionate team dedicated to building the future of online gaming.We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving Lysto\'s financial success. You will oversee all aspects of our financial operations, including financial reporting, accounting and compliance. This role will also involve collaborating with various departments to ensure financial alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with the applicable GAAP and other regulatory requirements- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, tax and regulatory authorities, and professional advisors- Lead negotiations with partners and vendors to optimize financial terms and support the company\'s strategic objectives- Prepare & communicate updates to internal stakeholders, investors & regulatory bodies- Ensure compliance on account of day to day business activity that pertains to Withholding Tax / GST / Forex / State Laws in India, Singapore and other countries of operations- Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Operations, and Marketing to align financial and business strategies- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantageRequired Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant (CA) from a premier institute- 6-10 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the startup environment- Comprehensive knowledge of IGAAP, Companies Act, 2013, and other financial regulations- Expertise in tax management, including GST, TDS, FEMA, and corporate law- Proficiency and attention to detail in accounting software and data analysis- Experience / understanding of gaming and crypto accounting and regulatory landscape is preferable- Self-motivated; expected to take action proactively and start new initiatives- Willingness to continuously learn and be open to operating across various functions- Strong business acumen and inclination to learn business model & requirements
