Role Overview:
Were hiring a Luxury Sales Head to lead our Luxury Tea Division. Looking for a candidate
who is like an entrepreneur and fascinated by building a business from the ground level. The role
demands prior experience of 5 to 10 years in launching similar luxury products to B2B segments
like the premium hotel industry, Caffe chains, Gym chains, and SPAs. Prior relationship in the
International network of distributors/aggregators will be an added advantage. The role has huge
career growth opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a threshold sales volume in the shortest period.
  • Relationship Building through travel and communication.
  • Guiding the group with a strategy to take it to the next level.
  • Being a key team member as Brand Ambassador
  • Building an effective long-term team.
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders within the organization and outside.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of work experience in similar fields.
  • Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Academic qualification- Graduate or Post Graduate.
