Qualification
Graduate or Post Graduate with Human Resource
Experience 1-2yr is necessary.
Main Responsibilities
Initial phone screening of candidates to check the skills.
Mass mailing the candidates through various job portals.
Reviewing the to understand the needs of the company.
Job posting in social sites (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.).
Understanding the requirement and searching resumes from Job Portals.
Will be responsible for Employment Verification, Salary negotiations, Induction, Joining and Relieving Formalities with Exit of employee.
Liaising with colleges and different educational institutions
Attending Job Fests and College fests in and around Chandigarh, Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
