Roles and Responsibilities
1. Account Opening and limit setup of Warehouse Receipting Customers.
2. Handling pre and post disbursement activities as per TAT.
3. Arrangements of funds from Treasury, Disbursement document verification, funds transfer and scheduling of loan payment.
4. Regular Monitoring and assessment of risk associated with commodity-based finance.
5. Managing Collateral Managers to ensure better delivery at a cost-effective price
6. Disbursements within sanctioned credit term
7. Interaction with Collateral Management companies for new empanelment.
8. Preparation of MIS on daily & weekly basis (Pledge Outstanding / Disbursement / Margin Call/ Liquidation/Release).
9. Team handling
10. Coordination with Product, Credit, CM, Accounts, BRS teams.
11. Handling UAT for enhancements in systems.
12. Training Staff on regular basis to create awareness of process change.
13. Knowledge of Finone system and WRF guidelines.
