The Learning Business Partner associate will support the execution of learning-related business initiatives across Business Partner teams. This includes working closely with the LPD Business Partner senior associates and managers and key stakeholders in implementing the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s learning curriculums. Primary responsibilities include executing project plans to development learning solutions \xe2\x80\x93 all of which include education, experiences, exposure, and environment. This position is responsible for the integrity of data in various tools, preparing status reports, updates and communications, as well as assisting others through the development and implementation process for each training program. This position will work closely with the broader LPD team to ensure one firm needs are addressed (consistency across Business Partners, as appropriate). Coordination with various departments and other resources within the organization is required. Location Flexibility- RSM\xe2\x80\x99s candidate search for this position is nationwide. Essential Duties
  • Responsible for creating and executing a project plan for assigned courses including the development of timelines in sufficient detail to meet established deadlines including the launch of course in the learning management system and peer review process. Resolves and /or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Serves as LPD liaison with employees, human resources, and instructors. Responds to employee questions regarding development opportunities and basic compliance standards.
  • Maintains and conducts preliminary analysis of key metrics (status reports) and CPE hour summaries. Directs administration of document repositories and/or project SharePoint sites. Reviews recordkeeping to ensure compliance standards are met for assigned courses/conferences. Responsible for the integrity of data in the learning management system, SharePoint sites, conference planner, and registration tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS Required:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience required .
  • Project Management certification is preferred.
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS Required:
  • Knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Visio
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Strong skills in these areas:

  • Organizational and time management
  • Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred:
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles.

EXPERIENCE Required:
  • Two or three years of client service experience in (or supporting) Assurance, Tax or Consulting.
  • Practical knowledge of training implementation and employee development.
  • Managing projects and stakeholders.
  • Client service and issue resolution.
  • Compiling and reviewing data to recommend business decisions.
