Job Title: Market Research Analyst-R&D (IIM/ISB/SPJ/FMS/MDI/XLRI only)

- Simplia is seeking Market Research Analysts to help create and launch a new product for the Indian market. This is a unique opportunity to work with experienced founders and create something from scratch, based on real-world insights and feedback. The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Conduct on-the-ground research by visiting hundreds of brick-and-mortar stores in your city and surrounding areas to understand the market, customer pain points, and price points.

- Conduct on-the-ground research to hire salespeople on a commission basis, in order to sell the product, and to understand the market, seller pain points, and price points.

- Collect data and analyze it to identify trends and opportunities for product development.

- Use primary and secondary research methods to gain a deep understanding of the target market, its needs, and its behavior.

- Work closely with the marketing team to create user stories and case studies to illustrate the value proposition of the product.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to design and launch the product.

- Monitor the product launch and evaluate its success based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Make recommendations for product improvements based on data and feedback from customers.

Qualifications:

- Master\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. (IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/XLRI only)

- 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in market research or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to a diverse audience.

- A passion for creating products and services that solve real-world problems.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Willingness to travel frequently to conduct on-the-ground research.
