Sourcing & Attraction:
Sourcing candidates from online platforms, job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and through other recruitment initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
Screening & :
Reviewing resumes, screening applicants through calls and interviews, and facilitating assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
Hiring & Onboarding:
Guiding candidates through the hiring process, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
Employer Branding:
Promoting the company's brand through recruitment activities to attract top talent.
Data & Analysis:
Analyzing recruitment data to optimize hiring processes, improve efficiency, and inform future hiring decisions.
Relationship Management:
Cultivating strong relationships with potential candidates, past applicants, and internal stakeholders.
