Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain sectors.
Promote company services including
transportation, warehousing, last-mile delivery, 3PL/4PL solutions, and value-added logistics services
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Prepare and deliver
sales pitches, proposals, and quotations
tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure
seamless service delivery
.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to recommend new growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Key Requirements
Graduate degree in
Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
. MBA preferred.
1-4 years of experience in
logistics / transportation / supply chain sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of logistics operations, fleet management, warehousing, and supply chain concepts.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.
