To coordinate and ensure the construction of stores and storage types (Open Yard, Closed, diesel Bunks, Tanks) for each material and equipped with weighing equipment (weighbridge, weigh Balances). To process the material indents request from Plant Machinery, Area/Construction Manager or Administration, or Safety department, check for the appropriate approval from project manager and issue the material if available in stores or raise an indent to purchase department to purchase the material (if less than Rs 1, 00,000 of worth, the higher value need to processed with the help of Head office). Maintaining MIS, Preparing monthly Performance Status Reports, Interaction with Manager, Sales Team. publishing the MIS. Should have good communication skills. Preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal external reporting. Consolidation of daily, weekly monthly sales reports. Role will also involve some level of analysis to be done. So a person with some analytical ability would be preferred. Communication skills should be decent. Profile should have willingness to understand different business models, as its required to improve existing MIS. Should have good co-ordination skills. Ability to form internal relationship. Maintaining proper confidentiality as and when needed. Ability to work in pressure situations to meet required deadlines. Able to manage, prioritize, and schedule multiple projects on ongoing basis. Steady calm mind, which can explain MIS through numbers diplomacy. This requires lot of co-ordination with Sales team of different states. Proficiency in English language is mandatory. Should have knowledge about consignment model (not a primary requirement It can be explained). Profile should have background to work with top officials [i.e. how to approach top officials]. Skills Required : Advance Excel Good at Pivot tables, Functions(Vlookup, Ifs, sumifs etc) and Short cuts Reporting. MIS reporting , data Analysis, MS Excel, MS office, pivot table, JOINS, data Mapping, validation, data processing.
