1 Raising enquiries, collecting techno - commercial offers along with technical documents.
r 2 Getting commercial offers from Transporters / vendors, preparing cost comparison chart, negotiating with vendors for better price and commercial terms and conditions. Finalizing rate contract with the Logistics companies.
r 3 Nominating freight forwarders, cha and transporters for smooth operations.
r 4 Releasing purchase orders / work orders to the vendors
r 5 Expediting with vendors for ensuring timely delivery of materials
