Roles & Responsibilities - USA Freight Brokerage



Lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on the US freight brokerage market. Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts. Oversee day-to-day operations of freight bookings, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and other stakeholders. Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and customers to maximize profitability. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates to identify business opportunities. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team. Ensure compliance with US transportation regulations, documentation, and company policies. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth freight movement process. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
