Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage the daily operations of our supply chain. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation, managing inventory, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting overall logistics efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound). Manage shipment schedules, documentation, and tracking. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements. Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy in stock levels. Monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, transportation costs). Handle logistics-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations. Prepare and present logistics performance reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (2-4 years) in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management. Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS) is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
