Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Executive located in Noida. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for tracking shipments, coordinating with drivers and shipping companies, managing logistics and documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Dispatch Executive will also have to maintain records, order supplies, and communicate with clients and other stakeholders. Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- 6 months to 1 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and work under pressure
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation software
- Experience in the freight brokerage industry is a plus
- Experience in managing a team is a plus
- Night shift
