Job Title - Logistics Data SpecialistCareer Level - DLocation: Chennai, IndiaIntroduction to Role:Join us as a Logistics Data Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Transit Temperature Management Business Process owner. You will contribute to process design, governance, and ongoing improvements to ensure efficient, effective, and transparent ways of working. This is an exciting opportunity to break new ground and leave a collective legacy in our Operations team.Accountabilities:As a Logistics Data Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the BAU process for Transportation Temperature Master & Transactional Data. You will onboard new sites to the correct process for existing Data maintenance & creation for New Customers, Lanes, Products, and support Chennai in set-up creation of new Profiles. You will work with various teams on the end-to-end Data processes and participate in testing of system changes/upgrades. You will also lead on data defect resolution projects before business processes are adversely impacted and maintain strong links & relationships across AZ with related functions/sites/DCs/MCs and initiatives in the company which contribute to the delivery of connected master data processes."Candidates should be willing to work in European time zone"Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelors/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering/Management
• 3-5 years working experience with SAP (preferred on Logistics processes)
• Working experience from process and data in corporate systems
• Working knowledge in LEAN problem solving (Level 0 and PPSs)
• Have knowledge on Business Process governance or data governance, Change Management
• Experience in pharmaceutical and logistics environment
• Good practical use of Excel or other database software
• Must be analytical, disciplined and should be able to independently handle work with minimum supervision

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Safety Health and Environmental and Good Distribution or Manufacturing Practice management knowledge
• LEAN capability framework and any experience/certification in Continues improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) would also be considered as a plus
• Familiar with Logistics Processes & supporting Master Data processes & key Master & Transactional Data parameters
• Prior experience as a Business analyst/Functional analyst/Process expert
