Who We Are Looking For:
AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of CPQ Rules & Data Specialist .
The position will be responsible to ensure the creation, maintenance and implementation of technical data for the needs of after-sales organization, in order to propose after-sales assembly kits, repair kits, "Sub-assembly" solutions (New and REMAN).
The incumbent will work on multi-product nomenclatures, in cooperation with the other group sites, multi-brand.In addition, the position will monitor the activity of the various departments (products, sales, technical documentation), around after-sales kits and solutions (assembly of after-sales options, supply of sub-assemblies (cabins, factory sub-assemblies), repair kits for after-sales.Optimize the composition and combination of kits to ensure the optimization of the working capital for AGCO PARTS and to minimize the risk of obsolescence.Create and manage the allocation of assembly rules to ensure the operation of the group\'s digital configuration tools.
Coordinate the end & beginning of production life phases, and analyze the impact on the AGCO PARTS supply chain.Ensure the coordination of after-sales bill of materials modifications between the different departments (Logistics, Methods, Production, Quality, TDM, Purchasing, After Sales, and Marketing) and between the different sites for which references are shared. The position will be in charge of the introduction of technical changes in the shortest possible delay based on prioritization criteria.
What You Will Do:
Technical data management

• Ensure the creation, maintenance and implementation of technical data for the needs of after-sales organization, in order to propose after-sales assembly kits, repair kits, "Sub-assembly" solutions (New and REMAN)

Technical Rules Writer for AGCO PARTS accessories and after sales kits :

• Definition of assembly rules and standards for the configuration of after-sales kits and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with assembly rules and standards in collaboration with the design office, production and product.
• Support of the NPI / AMPIP department to ensure the correct integration of customer requirements in the configuration of accessory kits.
• Key contact for the design office, production and product managers for the accessories configuration tool (CPQ Accessories)
• Maintenance, optimisation and development of the data structure and systems
• Ensure data availability and data consistency to proactively cover distribution and customer oriented requirements
• Participate in company projects on both product and process level.
• Ensure configuration rules quality for after-sales kits and accessories.
• Make proposals to improve processes and systems.
• Ensure the customer experience quality in the group\'s digital configuration tool.
• Responsible for the quality of the PARTS Bill of Material in SAP P01 PARTS Master Data & their configuration rules if applicable
• Support and propose new process enhancement

What You Will Bring:

• Ability to work with bills of material and computer-based processes
• Ability to use technical aids and IT systems as appropriate for the job (personal responsibility)
• Knowledge of products and product life cycles
• At least 3 years of practical experience in similar jobs
• Must have good understanding of a dealer / distributor journey.
• Desired to have a proper understanding of the farm machinery business.
