Pazago is a fast-growing Logistics tech startup that has recently raised $3.5M. Led by YCombinator alum and 3x startup founder Nikhil Agrawal, Pazago\'s freight forwarding platform is bringing innovation to global trade. The company is urgently hiring Branch Managers with P&L responsibility to set up and lead new regional branches across Western India.

Qualifications:

You should have the following qualifications:

- Already achieving business volumes of 70+ containers or - 5L in GP per month

- 5+ years freight forwarding, already working as Asst. Manager or Branch Manager

- Strong relationships with exporters, CHAs, shipping lines, and junior Logistics staff

- Graduate or pot-graduate degree in relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

As Branch Manager, you will have P&L accountability, including the following responsibilities:

- Sales: Sell Pazago\'s freight forwarding services to exporter customers directly and via CHAs

- Shipping line relationships: Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines in order to offer the best pricing and Logistics solutions to customers

- Customer support: Ensure proactive and responsive customer service to bring delight to customers, increasing account retention and referral business

- Team building: Use your network to recruit top local talent and motivate them to beat performance targets

The role will be based in the Ahmedabad/Jaipur/Surat/Baroda/Delhi office. Working hours are 9:30 am-6:30 pm Mon.-Fri. and 9:30 am-1:30 pm Sat.
