Job Description
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 5+ years CTC: 3 - 4 lac pa
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising on email with internal customer care & store/operations teams
- Logging updates on Google Sheets pertaining to a raised ticket.
- Filing claims for packages lost/ damaged in transit as communicated by the courier partners.
- Maintain records of claims approved/ rejected for accounting purpose & liaising with accounts teams
- Escalating claims to the courier's dispute team when claims are rejected (situation based).
- Coordinating with courier partners globally, DPD (UK), An Post (Ireland), DHL (Netherlands) & other courier partners around the world
- Working on any other Logistics related task as required by the Management.
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Working on ad hoc projects
- Excellent grasp of spoken and written English
- Self Motivated
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
