PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand business modeling across all Asia region
Daily customer order fulfilment
Work closely with distribution centers on shipment arrangements and distributors on delivery of shipments
Customer master and product prices data maintained in SAP
Participate and strategic plan processes for process improvement
Maintain regular contact with supervisor and good team work
Doing up standard of procedures (SOP)
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
Customer Service (CS) function:
Support and backup CS related function within SEA region. Be familiar with Tally and SAP system to deal for daily job requirements
Logistics function:
Manage 3PL warehouse inbound/outbound handling Monthly physical stock count and reconciliation in system; working closely with 3PL to identify discrepancies and follow up action for improvement Accessing 3PL based on KPI Conducting review with 3PL
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION :
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or above
EXPERIENCE :
At least 3 years working experience in related field
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Good communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and within a matrix-operating environment;
Proactive and follow through;
Ability to meet deadline, self-motivation to work under pressure;
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
Strong knowledge of Excel;
Fluently in English;
Pleasant personality and to be a team player.
SAP and Tally knowledge is a must
