: As a Location Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability for Tractor and Crop Finance products. This role requires a results-driven professional with excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, farmers, and industry partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record in agricultural finance or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment, farming practices, and crop finance is highly advantageous.
