Role purpose: Handling location volumes & ensuring profitability Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership Responsible for sales( disbursement ) for the location Location business volumes- Logins / sanctions disbursement Team recruitment & retention Cross sell to existing customers Soft collection Liaison with bank credit team for smoother TAT BTL activation Team Management / training Team Productivity Responsible for third party product penetration Responsible for developer and DMA relations Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience Exp: 7 -15 Yrs Graduate/Post graduate Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
