Handling a team of 3-4 BL CMs
Drive Chennai unsecured BL business
Maintain hygiene of unsecured portfolio I.e. timely renewals, delinquency tracking etc
Handle big ticket BL, channel funding, solar funding and industrial equipment cases.
Work in co-ordination with all relevant stakeholders viz., Sales, Ops, Collections and RCU

Frequent visits to Channels and conducting training to them
