: Description for Internal Candidates

Capable of managing 6 to 8 collection managers handling the mentioned locations in the cluster.
Candidate should be able to recruit and train the vendors in the cluster
Conducting frequent reviews with the team and identify the problematic accounts and guide the team to resolve it.
Should control 30+ and 90+ delinquencies for the assigned cluster.
Should travel to the locations on monthly basis to review the collection manager and vendors.
