• Submitting the proper Invoice / BG to customers through courier or personal visit
• Payment Follow up with customer for due /overdue payment
• LC Payment - Follow up for customer/Banks for BOE acceptance for discounting
• Reconciliation with customer
• Coordination with BU and customer for resolving customer\xe2\x80\x99s issue related GST, documentation, material etc.
• Maintaining Cheque inward register for all the Cheque Received through Courier
• Accounting for cheques received and deposit the same with Bank for clearing
• To find out customer wise RTGS Details from Bank statement & send details to GBS along with payment advices for accounting Purpose. For the same followup with FES & Customers
• Circulating Unclaimed collections to FES & Commercial Person on weekly basis for proper accounting
• After getting Monthly Unclaimed Statement from GBS, Follow up to be done with FES & Customers for Payment advice
• Forwarding payment advice to GBS with their accounting details to remove Unclaimed collection
• After getting TDS Certificates from customers and ensure that need to be accounted in system against customer account.
• After extracting data from SAP for Pending EMD Follow up with FES is going on. Also follow up with customer through mails, letters & calls.
• Customer reconciliation
• Collecting Bank guarantee, demand draft from Bank

Your background

• From the background of Bachelor degree (or) Masters (or) Any Graduation
• 10+ Yrs of Experience
• Candidate should have good experience in payment collection and stakeholder management.
