We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented

Sales Officer - Loan

to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining our loan products, and guiding clients through the loan application process. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of lending products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for personal, business, or home loans. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives. Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation requirements, and interest rates to customers. Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal. Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and customer trends. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services. Strong knowledge of loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.). Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in local language(s) and English. Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
