Required Experience

• Preferable knowledge on aspects of Financial Statements, MIS reporting, Credit Agreement and other loan documents, ACBS/VLS/LIQ servicing system knowledge preferred
• You need to read and interpret complex legal credit agreements and related documentation, working with attorneys when applicable. Reviewing case and documentation summaries prepared by analysts, Perform QC on the credit set up as per credit agreements and loan activity (funding, payments) as instructed by the Agent in accordance with credit agreements. Initiate and reconcile automated funds\' movements in accordance with client/agent instructions
• You have to demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability, Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment and Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• You need to have Client relationship and time management, strong experience in MS Office skills and Strong problem solving skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process, With Risk & control mindset
• Business reengineering, problem-solving skills. Logical acumen with keen attention to detail.
• You need to have excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach, Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure .Back up co-workers and work with various special projects or other tasks as assigned, Should be able to deliver in pressure environment with minimal supervision. Will be responsible for process specific MIS reporting
• An interest and understanding of project management techniques and business analysis. Commercial awareness, time management and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor\'s Degree with experience of 2-10 years\' experience including experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
• You should be open to work in night shifts
• You should hold knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage, Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
• Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans, Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels, should be able to manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and make the conclusions related to the process
