Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective clients for different loan products. Explain loan schemes, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and pass qualified leads to field/sales teams. Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and update CRM/records. Work closely with sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (finance domain preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Target-driven with ability to handle rejections positively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
