This new role serves to utilise the Driva Assessment Insight (Driva AI) system to complete verifications with more ease and to focus on more complex eligibility requirements such as income and servicing checks. Once application has been validated, they will then proceed to lodgement with the lender, which generally requires data entry to the lender\'s systems. The role will also require a moderate level of customer service as they will be required to respond to common customer queries and requesting basic documentation if validations do fail. Qualifications Undergraduate or postgraduate degree preferred 2+ years of experience as a Loans Processor or similar role for an Australian Financial Services company Advanced verbal and written communication skills with some proven customer service experience. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure when necessary and ability to delivery high quality results Strong PC / typing skills - Excel, Google Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred) About Cloudstaff Cloudstaff was established in 2005 by Australian internet pioneer, Mr. Lloyd Ernst.
