As a loan processor, responsibilities involve handling personal and business loan applications. This includes receiving files from our channel partners and organizing the necessary documents to meet the requirements of banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). Assess whether customers meet the basic eligibility criteria by reviewing essential documents such as bank statements, salary slips, GST records, and income tax returns (ITR). Based on the customer\'s profile and our lending policies, I initiate the file submission process. To maintain regular communication with our channel partners and the bank\'s staff to ensure the smooth processing of loan applications. My goal is to increase the approval rate, making sure that more eligible applicants receive the financial assistance they need. Once a loan application is approved, to oversee the disbursal process, ensuring that the funds reach the customer as efficiently as possible. role is essential in simplifying the loan application process and helping customers access the financial support they require.
