Job Description
: Customer Interaction - Counseling , Servicing , Enhance customer experience. Credit and Disbursement appraisal for Retail loan Use of systems/softwares to facilitate Disbursements & Activities related to Customer service In house Marketing of the Bank\'s / NBFc\'s other products . Coordination with channel as well as the customer for the Post Sanction process. Compliance to Company policies and process . Collection and verification of documents, as per process. Coordination with internal legal and technical teams . Basic legal appraisal. Role Requirements : Good communication skills, Orientation for Customer Service Good Analytical skills Selling and Negotiating skills High Computer Literacy with good knowledge of Advanced Excel Applications. Good decision making skills
