Job Title Loan Officer (Commercial / Housing) Reporting to Business Head Operations & Sales Job Location: Deepak Builders & Developers, in front of Central Bank of India, Mumbai Naka, Kalika Mandir, 422002 Years of experience Minimum 02-03 years CTC 20K \xe2\x80\x93 40K Monthly (Based on your experience) : -

• Ensuring a good link between the banks & customers for all loan processes under the Deepak Builders & Developers.
• Ensure customers are educated about all products/services offered by Deepak Builders & Developers.
• Ensure, and supervise the correct implementation of the credit procedures including all the respective tools.
• Help in sanctioning of loans according to the policy in place with various banks
• Ability to engage with customers, colleagues & agencies to provide assistance in getting loans.
• Ability to Plan, coordinate & execute the Marketing and Sales promotion for Housing Loans.
• Assist customers to get loans at the best & lowest Interest rates.
• Ensure customers should get end-to-end support for the loan procedures.
• Maintain all the records of activities and tie-ups with various banks.
• Assist customers in gathering complete documents for accuracy & coordinating with bank agents.
• Reviews loan applications, gather credit histories and reports and assesses applicants\xe2\x80\x99 capacity.
• Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.
• Analyse active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
• Monitor and update the account records to submit and prepare detailed loan proposals & applications in a timely manner.
• Respond to applicants\' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
• Operate in compliance with laws and regulations of various banks
• Managing the closing paperwork and ensuring the proper filing of documents.

Experience

• Graduation / MBA degree with 2- 3 years in sales and documentation of loans, at least 2 years in Housing Loans, home loans, or loans against property in an NBFC/ Bank/HFC/ CA firm/ Real Estate and Outsourcing Agencies.
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal loan regulations.
• Good communication skills and Proficient speaking in English is Mandatory.
• Having Good knowledge of (Ms- Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Good Knowledge & exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Strong Knowledge of finance.
• High levels of passion and ownership.
• Good Interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 920,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift

• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
