Achieve and Exceed targets set for Number and Value of Gold Loans
Primary contact for gold loan customers- pitching product to them, explain all details about product, collect required documents, fill all necessary documents, process application etc
Coordinate with Branch team – BOO, BM, CRM, CCR, CROs, LOs and external members-appraisers for loan sanctioning, leads, gold appraisal etc

Resolve all customer related queries related to Gold Loan and manage regular collections
