- Business Manage complete credit appraisal and due diligence on credit cases within defined TAT Proper maintenance of Credit files as per Internal guidelines and regulatory guidelines Monitor portfolio assigned on regular basis and reporting any covenant breachabnormal events to Management and suggesting remedial actions Manage quicker TAT for processing cases Use Rating models to complete rating for all cases assigned Monitor of portfolio assigned on regular basis testing financial covenants and periodic review of assigned portfolio Maintain timely reviewrenewal of all cases on due dates Maintain all Credit files systematically and in compliance with all Internal and regulatory guidelines Customer All NBFCsMFIsCorporate entities in the portfolio being managed Internal process Adherence to Institutional Lending Policy Adherence to Internal Risk Management and Compliance directives Adherence to RBI guidelines on Lending to NBFCMFIsCorporates Learning Performance Systematically hold and manage a repository of the organizations analytics and interpretations which consists of initiatives processes strategies and systems for the purpose of future data analytics requirements Ensure adherence to training mandays mandatory training programs for self Ensure goalsetting midyear review and annual appraisal process happens within specified timelines for self
