Posted Date :29 Apr 2024Function/Business Area :ManufacturingLocation :JamnagarJob Responsibilities :.\xc2\xb7 Daily production receipt / posting in SAP / EWM / WMS, upon physical verification.\xc2\xb7 Maintain proper & correct inventory.\xc2\xb7 Check daily dispatch plan and perform various processes in SAP / EWM / WMS w.r.t. Order Execution.\xc2\xb7 Error free documentation / Digital signature and related processes.\xc2\xb7 Carry out physical warehouse checks of inventory.\xc2\xb7 Carry out dispatches and ensure accuracy as per MPN.\xc2\xb7 Produce regular stock reports and daily stock position / MRN / TRN.\xc2\xb7 Supervision of Truck Order Linking, Calling trucks, thru SAP different functions, check the correctness of sales order & its validity, material availability, truck availability etc. Continuously meet priorities set by Business.\xc2\xb7 Handle Exports of PSF & Tow - Physical removal and also Self Sealing Process.\xc2\xb7 Timely addressing issues related to documentation for Export, improper reporting of containers / vehicles, shipments / STOs etc.\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence / implementation of all SOPs, safe work practices and operational checklists\xc2\xb7 Timely coordination for safe maintenance and up-keeping of warehouse equipment\xc2\xb7 Perform other jobs as assigned by Warehouse Officer / HOD.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring daily damages of Finished Product, Maintain its record for preventive measures.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring unsafe act / working condition of Contractor Workforce & Truck drivers,\xc2\xb7 Safety / OHSAS / OMS / EMS systems.\xc2\xb7 Ensure maintain standard cycle time of activities related to dispatches.Education Requirement :\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Material Management or Graduate in Science / Arts / CommerceExperience Requirement :Minimum 05 - 07 years of experience in WarehouseSkills & Competencies :\xc2\xb7 People management, Team work and Execution skills\xc2\xb7 Planning and decision making skills\xc2\xb7 Customer Orientation & Communication\xc2\xb7 Transportation Operations, Warehousing PSF Storage & Handling, Logistics & Knowledge of Intra departmental activities\xc2\xb7 Broad understanding of the PSF warehousing.\xc2\xb7 Computer skills including SAP SD / EWM / WMS / SCRUM\xc2\xb7 Flexibility and understanding to perform duties in other warehouses as required\xc2\xb7 Product classification / Labelling.
