Strategic Partnerships Manager
What we are looking for in the candidate:
- A post-graduate from a premier institute who has graduated in 2018 or later
- Be data-driven with the ability to sift through data & identify opportunities
- Skilled at managing relationships with stakeholders across the board
- Ability to conceptualize new initiatives backed by data driven hypothesis and drive execution
- Obsession with customer satisfaction which should be at the heart of all initiatives
- Ability to manage a team which is a mix of doctors, pharmacists & engineers
What will your primary responsibilities be:
- Nurture & deepen relationships with various stakeholders within the partner organization
- Manage a team of Field Health Counselors based out of partner locations
- Own & drive customer acquisition and revenue growth at each of the partner locations
- Ownership of new initiatives at the partner locations to achieve above objectives
- Provide ongoing customer & partner feedback to product team to ensure our offerings exceed their expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the formulation of strategies and plans for growth.
- Identify opportunities to offer new products to our customers.
