Job description A Chat Sales Executive is responsible for conducting sales through live chat, email, or other forms of digital communication with potential or existing customers. The job duties include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns, recommending products and services, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Responsible for deriving Sales Through Online chat for our customers - Perform problem research and testing when necessary. - Communicating with the customers through high-quality live chats to answer questions, solve issues and troubleshoot. - Contact and maintain a cordial relationship with existing customers. - Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that the customer has. - Deliver high-quality and timely resolutions to problems. - Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate. - Proactively engage with visitors on the website and social media accounts and provide quick support. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
