Role Summary:

- Bridge the gap between business requirements and modelling / analytical deliverables.

- Independent thinker with business acumen and knowledge in Credit/Banking/Finance

- Harnesses the power of data to drive robust analytical insights.

- The person in this role is accountable for delivering analytical support.

- The person will partner with business teams, to develop and implement analytical solutions, and data-science derived insights that drive strategic priorities.

- Involved in evaluation metrics for prediction models, interpretation of statistical models, monitoring reports and market research outputs

Key responsibilities:

KRA Goals:

Business Collaboration - Collaborate closely with business leaders and develop data driven solutions. Translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions and translate results into business insights.

Analytics - Work with teams to provide analytical solutions to meet regular as well as ad-hoc requirements

- Supply side - Work with teams to predict the cash inflow and commission

- Demand side - Work with teams to predict the cash outflows and pricing

Reporting and Automation - Generate regular reports and automate the existing reports

Insights - Provide insights

- What - what is the benefit of doing the activity (for example - what is the benefit and limitations of increasing the interest rates for the loans disbursed)

- Why - why we are doing the activity (for example - why there is need to increase the interest rate for the loans disbursed)

- Who - who will be impacted by the activity (for example - who will be impacted if we increase the interest rate for the loans disbursed)

Qualifications:

- Education - BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MBA

- Experience :

- Develop models / validate models / implement the models in production environment

- Generate regular reports and automate the existing reports

- Familiarity with working with business partners to provide meaningful and actionable insights

Experience range :

- 4-10+ years
