Finops Manager - Finance (CA Freshers required)

Location : Marol (Andheri East) Nearby Metro Station.

Job Role :

The person will be engaged in end to end management of the wholesale portfolio comprising of 20+ FinTech companies such as CRED, BharatPe, UniOrbit and 10+ Vehicle/ Gold Loan vendors. These primarily work on co-lending models. Key responsibilities shall be as below:

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Understanding the commercials for each partner & costs associated with end to end operations of each partnership. Develop a partner level P&L and achieve efficiency.

2. Suggest better processes to achieve efficiencies.

3. Eliminating manual processes involved in daily operations by working with the Product & Tech team.

4. Track metrics such as projected volumes vs actual volumes, IRR, number of loans, underlying portfolio class/ target segment and consumer profiles.

5. Work closely with other teams to formulate upselling policies.

6. Manage a team of 4-5 members for daily operations such as processing disbursal requests, reconciling repayment data, ensuring system updation, raising demand for NPA settlements.

7. Sharing data with the finance team to raise invoices basis various commercial arrangements. Negotiation of transaction commercials with clients and finalization of templates.

8. Publish MIS for timely information exchange with the founding team.
