Your Role and Responsibilities

• Installation, Configuration and Administration of Red Hat/ CentOS Ubuntu / SUSE.
• Perform Security Health Check of Linux servers, respond to alerts, troubleshoot Linux servers for day-to-day incidents, requests, problems and outages, schedule upgrades.
• Monitor the server utilization, maintain the audit trail, monitor the critical process.
• Installation and configuration of LAMP.
• Creation of cron jobs and automating cron jobs.
• Upgrades of Patches.
• Server Capacity Management.
• Backup and restore of OS as per IIMB backup and restore policy.
• SSL website configuration.
• NTP server management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge in Hadoop for maintenance & administration
