Job Description

Responsible for day to day management and maintenance of Linux servers and services including every stage of its process and implementation;
r Responsible for roll-out, management, maintenance and optimization of LEMP/LAMP stacks and server blocks;
r Assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of ---Project Management Methodology;
r -Supervise end user management of hosting projects and assist customers whenever issues arise;
r Responsible for implementing and verifying automated jobs;
r Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources,systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups;
r Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure add new services as necessary;
r Vendor Management for Server hardware/middleware;
r Perform break-fix actions, root-cause analysis and manage creation of event reports;
r Ensuring system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values;
r Recommend and implement changes in operational processes, best practices and/or tools;
