Job Description

Inspections and monitoring:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and the production line to ensure everything is operating correctly and safely.

Raw material and finished product testing:

Inspect and test incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications for taste, color, weight, and other characteristics.

Quality control procedures:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control protocols and quality management systems, such as HACCP and GMP.

Regulatory compliance:

Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.

Documentation and reporting:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities, and generate reports for management.

Problem-solving:

Collaborate with production teams to identify the root causes of quality or safety issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.

Equipment management:

Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, perform calibration, and report any issues that may affect product quality.

Sanitation and hygiene:

Oversee sanitation and hygiene practices on the production floor to prevent contamination.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
